What would your life look like without alcohol?

The Entertainment Community Fund’s Sober Curious support group is a 10-week opportunity meant to help those who may not identify as alcoholics explore the benefits of taking a break from drinking.

Whether you are looking at your drinking for health and wellness reasons or looking to prevent it from becoming problematic, this will be a chance to engage in a radical revaluation of your relationship with alcohol. This support group will allow you to ask yourself questions about how, when and why you drink, and will ultimately bring more intention to your experience with stress management in general and drinking in particular.

Please note that this is not a psychotherapy group and does not provide mental health treatment. If you are in need of mental health support, please reach out to the Entertainment Community Fund at entertainmentcommunity.org/MentalHealth.

This support group is available to anyone living in the United States, Puerto Rico and US territories. A pre-group interview is required.
