People who are transgender, non-binary, or seeking an abortion are regularly denied care and harassed by healthcare providers. The Health Care Rights Law was designed to combat this problem by prohibiting discrimination based on sex, race, ethnicity, age, or disability in accessing coverage. It's a vital, often life-saving component of the ACA – that's why we need to act right now to save it.

Over 12,000 people have already submitted public comments against the proposed rule – now we need to ramp up the pressure as we approach the deadline to keep it from taking effect.
