CONSTITUTION PARTY

Message from the Chairman

YOUR ACTION IS NEEDED TODAY!

February 13, 2024

Dear Constitution Party Leaders, Supporters and Friends,

The Constitution Party National Nominating Convention in Salt Lake City, UT is just weeks away, at which time we will be nominating our presidential candidate.? However, nominating even the best candidate is of limited value unless that candidate's name is on each state ballot.

Time is running out to get the Constitution Party on many more state ballots.?

North Carolina, under the direction of Kevin Hayes, has been working for many months to secure ballot position in that state. Their required number of signatures is 13,856.? They are closing in on that goal but need about 800 more signatures of qualified voters to ensure ballot access.

New Jersey requires only 800 valid signatures by July 29, which is doable.

New Hampshire requires 3,000 valid signatures to get our candidate on the ballot there. The leadership in NH is new and very enthusiastic.? They still need help from national.?

Missouri is a critical state where 10,000 valid signatures are needed to gain ballot access.

In West Virginia, a former state legislator, Marshall Wilson, is running for governor. The number of valid signatures needed there is 7,948 by May 1.? Thus far, they have submitted nearly 3,000 to the state's election office, but they are going to need help to achieve their goal. In a recent election, Marshall ran for the same office and received two percent of the vote as a write-in candidate.?

Marshall?could really win this race, which is why we MUST help West Virginia gain ballot access!

S. Marshall Wilson

Candidate for W.Va. Governor

Your financial help and elbow grease is needed if we are going to reach these goals.

First and foremost, we need your financial support to the Howard Phillips Legacy Society (HPLS).? We rely?on those funds to cover the monthly operating expenses of the Party, but we are falling way short.

If 25 people from each state pledged a minimum of $10.00 per month to HPLS, we would easily have enough funds to cover monthly operating expenses leaving all other funds available for the ballot access effort.?

PLEASE NOTE:? If you are not yet a supporting member of the HPLS, please click on the following?link and sign up now:

Time is of the essence, so please act today without delay.

My sincere thanks to each of you in advance.

For Liberty,
