This is extremely disturbing.

Biden's DOJ has been colluding with D.C. officials to destroy evidence of potential infanticide or illegal partial-birth abortions.

The bodies of babies were discovered behind a known late-term abortion clinic in D.C. Biden's DOJ refused to investigate the potential crimes and ordered D.C. officials to destroy the evidence – disposing of the babies.

We stepped in by representing a local pastor who wants to provide a dignified burial for the babies. And after we threatened a lawsuit, D.C. officials backed down. We're still demanding an investigation, but we stopped the destruction of the evidence.

This is the same Biden DOJ that is fighting at the U.S. Supreme Court to expand the use of dangerous abortion pills and also to strike down a state abortion ban. We're filing two critical amicus briefs at the Supreme Court in just days to defend countless unborn babies.

We can win, just like we did last week, but we urgently need you to take direct action with us to defend life and defeat Biden's barbaric expansion of abortion at the Supreme Court.
