John, in May I wrote to supporters like you because the New York Times published a hit piece about Chloe Cole.

They described Chloe as an outlier totally dismissing her experience being coerced by doctors into a gender “transition” resulting in the amputation of her breasts at the age of 15.

The disgusting implication was that de-transitioners, like Chloe, do not exist and that Chloe should be ignored.

But now, 9 short months later, the New York Times did something we never saw coming.

They’re singing a very different tune.

Not only do they admit that de-transitioners exist…

…now the New York Times is actually publishing their stories.

I could barely believe my eyes, John.

The New York Times admits that children as young as three years old are being “transitioned.”

And they admitted that when doctors ask parents if they’d rather have a dead daughter or a living son, suggesting that children will kill themselves if they aren’t allowed to transition, they’re citing a faulty study and emotionally blackmailing parents.

The New York Times also writes—

Transgender activists have pushed their own ideological extremism, especially by pressing for a treatment orthodoxy that has faced increased scrutiny in recent years. Under that model of care, clinicians are expected to affirm a young person’s assertion of gender identity and even provide medical treatment before, or even without, exploring other possible sources of distress.

This is huge.

If the New York Times can recognize that children have no business undergoing dangerous gender transition, it means that even the Left is waking up to this insanity, and the momentum is on our side.

We have to seize this moment.

Our lawsuits on behalf of Chloe Cole, Layla Jane, and Luka Hein are picking up steam.

I hope I can count on your generous, tax-deductible donation today as we continue to hold gender clinics and radical doctors accountable in court.

Subject: The New York Times targets Chloe Cole

John,
Yesterday, the New York Times decided to publish an article directly attacking Chloe Cole for bravely telling her story about de-transitioning and fighting to protect children from the lies and coercion that leftist medical professionals are peddling.

That’s right.

The New York Times published a hit piece on an 18-year-old girl who was lied to, coerced into surgically “transitioning” before she was old enough to buy tickets to an R-rated movie.

Physicians at Kaiser put Chloe on puberty blockers and testosterone when she was just 13 years old. Then they performed a radical double mastectomy on her when she was just 15 years old.

But instead of offering a modicum of compassion—a scintilla of humanity—the New York Times belittled and smeared this brave young woman dismissing her experience as rare or “few.”

John, Chloe’s story is becoming less rare by the day as more and more de-transitioners, inspired by Chloe’s courage, are now speaking out too.

I can’t tell you how many calls I get from de-transitioners like Chloe.

But because of relatively short statutes of limitations across the country, very few de-transitioners can file a lawsuit against the doctors and hospitals who “treated” them as minors — a nuance notably missing from the drivel published by the New York Times yesterday.

The New York Times would like you to believe that our clients Chloe Cole and Layla Jane are just two isolated incidents.

But this is pure gaslighting by the New York Times because whether it is one child or one thousand, no child deserves to have their body permanently mutilated by medical professionals they should have been able to trust.

That’s why we have to win Chloe and Layla’s cases…

…Because we believe in the dignity of every person, including those despised by the radical leftists in legacy media.

…And because we have the opportunity to put a stop to the performance of these barbaric medical procedures on children today.

Everyone involved in this New York Times story, from the author to her editors, should be ashamed of themselves. But I know they aren’t.

We can’t rely on their morality – our only option is to force their hand with the law.

Sincerely,

P.S. The New York Times published a hit piece aimed directly at Chloe Cole because she’s been brave enough to speak out and fight back. We cannot allow the radical Left and its allies in legacy media to silence women like Chloe and Layla Jane who are trying to sound the alarm about the dangers of “gender-affirming care” for minors. That’s why our lawsuits against Kaiser
Permanente and the doctors who coerced Chloe and Layla are so important. Please consider joining the fight with a generous, tax-deductible gift of $25 or more today.
