We Have New Resources Available For Nonprofit Leaders of Color!

This month, Prosperity Now's Racial Wealth Divide Initiative is sharing two important resources for leaders and organizations of color.

Over the last year, we've conducted a series of conversations with various leaders throughout the nonprofit sector regarding their specific professional needs, and experiences as leaders of color. We've taken that research and produced two insightful resources that:

• discuss the establishment of environments where nonprofit leaders of color can prosper;
• deepen the philanthropy community's understanding of how to support organizations working to promote racial wealth equity;
• share findings from our research, and analyze implications on the social sector in general.
