Yesterday while many Americans were distracted by the Super Bowl, the
Israeli military carpet bombed the city of Rafah where more than 1.4
million Palestinians were previously told to seek refuge.
Benjamin Netanyahu’s government has made clear they plan to forcibly
remove more than a million people from Gaza, whether through bombs and
guns or deportation. This is genocide and ethnic cleansing, full stop.

Rafah was supposed to be a ‘safe zone.’ More than a million innocent
civilians have nowhere else to go, after Israel carpet bombed and led a
ground invasion across the rest of Gaza, destroying their homes and
communities. This city has become the most densely populated area in the
world, and now Israel is indiscriminately dropping bombs and planning a
ground invasion to clear out the remaining Palestinian population.
We cannot allow Israel’s government to attack and forcibly remove these
innocent people, paid for by our tax dollars.
