**This recruitment is for a project position for the Legislative Campus Modernization Project expected to last through end of 2028, with the potential for extension.**
The?Legislative Campus Modernization (LCM)?Junior Project Manager?will provide general construction oversight and field representation for a wide-variety of planning, design and construction projects on the state capitol campus. LCM is a legacy project funded by the legislature to address critical facilities issues and space needs in the west capitol campus, specifically the Irving R. Newhouse, Joel M. Pritchard, and John L. O?Brien buildings. In this role, you will coordinate, direct, and review architectural and engineering design plans, specifications, and schedules prepared by private firms, and will be responsible for coordinating and directing the planning and scheduling for all phases of planned work.
