A new contender is reportedly entering the race for NY-01, and it’s important that you know what this could mean for the district and the country.
A former Giuliani speechwriter and co-founder of No Labels, a dark money political organization funded by Republican mega-donors, is said to be considering a run for NY-01 – as a Democrat .
Called “the most dangerous grift in America,” No Labels is threatening to hand the White House back to Donald Trump by running a third-party spoiler candidate for President this year.
We cannot allow someone behind a right-wing dark money machine to get a foothold in this race and risk both the House majority and the White House in November.

Since their founding in 2010, No Labels has consistently undermined Democratic legislation and leadership. And in the aftermath of Trump's attack on our nation’s capital, when we most needed leaders to rise above partisan politics, No Labels opposed the bipartisan commission to investigate January 6th.
Despite their claims to be bipartisan, No Labels has stood against every Democratic priority for more than a decade, and they do not share our vision for Suffolk County.
I refuse to be knocked off course by these opportunists. We will win in NY-01 by standing tall for common sense Democratic values like making sure that Suffolk is an affordable place for families, protecting the environment, and defending reproductive rights.
