They don’t want us to enforce the law…

John,

As I’m sure you’re aware, Governor DeSantis recently signed into law a bill with commonsense measures banning sanctuary cities in the state of Florida.

But as Lt. Governor Nuñez emailed you about last week, the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the city of South Miami are now suing the Governor and claiming that this law is racist.

Let me be blunt -- this is nothing short of absurd.

The notion that we’re being sued for telling our law enforcement officials to follow EXISTING LAWS to crack down on illegal immigration is disgraceful.

Please add your name to tell these radical liberals to drop their outrageous lawsuit against this commonsense ban on sanctuary cities.

✏️ ADD YOUR NAME ✏️

We want the Governor to know he has the full support of the people of Florida in opposing illegal sanctuary cities.

It is shocking to me that we should have to fight tooth and nail just to ensure the rule of law is respected, and that immigration to our country is being done legally.

But then again, when we consider the Democrats and their radical immigration agenda it should come as no surprise.

While all of the Democrat Presidential candidates push for open borders and healthcare for illegal immigrants, we are simply trying to ensure that cities do not subvert federal law and harbor illegal immigrants.

We are going to need your help to win this fight and to show that sanctuary cities and lawlessness will not be tolerated in Florida.

Add your name to tell the ACLU, Southern Poverty Law Center, and the city of South Miami to drop their outrageous lawsuit against this commonsense ban on sanctuary cities.

Thank you,
