I hope you are well and staying home, if possible. Much gratitude goes to those “essential” workers at hospitals, pharmacies and grocery stores, building workers, and front-line government employees.

Each of us is confronting a myriad of issues, so rather than listing all of the COVID-19 information in this email, please visit our website ([link removed]) where we have links to the most up-to-date information for New York State and City government services, as well as local food pantries, support for small businesses, volunteers needed, etc.

A few items of special note today:
* As part of the MTA's new "Essential Schedule," B, Z, and W train services have been suspended. Expect additional service changes for express trains. Click here ([link removed]) for more information.
* The NYC Dept of Finance offers several programs to assist property owners who face hardships in making property tax payments. Learn more here ([link removed]) and here ([link removed]) .
* The Mayor’s Office wants to hear from nightlife workers, freelancers, and businesses about how they are being impacted by COVID-19. Please consider filling out this brief survey ([link removed]) .
* Alternate Side Parking regulations will be suspended citywide until March 31.

As you’ve heard, and it is very worth repeating, the NYC Department of Health recommends that people with mild flu-like systems stay home. Please review their guidelines here ([link removed]) .
