That's what Trump said at his daily news conference on Monday, signaling he will completely ignore the advice of public health officials and urge Americans to begin congregating and break social distancing before we have a handle on this outbreak.

He is clearly more motivated by the drop in stock prices and his fear of losing approval rating than he is about saving American lives in this pandemic.
