The U.S. House of Representatives is RIGHT NOW conspiring to go
into "SECRET SESSION" to debate FISA Section 702 renewal.

They want to BURY their actions along with your Fourth Amendment
rights.

This would be only the seventh time in American history - and the
first time in over 15 years - the House has gone into "secret
session," which means the public and the media are excluded from
witnessing the proceedings.

According to sources, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Steve
Scalise (R-LA) are pushing the House Intelligence Committee's
bill, H.R. 6611, which actually expands the government's ability
to spy on millions of Americans without ever getting a warrant.

This anti-liberty scheme is a direct result of the powerful
message Campaign for Liberty supporters like you have been
delivering to D.C.

The Spy State is scared of losing their "crown jewel" because
they are hearing loud and clear from Americans like you!

Now, the Surveillance State lobbyists are losing the battle, and
this stunt is a last-ditch effort to fearmonger the holdouts into
caving to the Deep State.

Don't let them get away with it!

This is extremely urgent:

Call House Speaker Mike Johnson at (202) 225-4000 and Majority
Leader Steve Scalise at (202) 225-3015 and demand they abandon
the "Secret Session" plan.

INSIST they bring the Protect Liberty Act (H.R. 6570) to the
floor without amendments or delay and dismantle the Surveillance
State - as they promised they would.

And if you haven't already done so, send an e-postcard to your
own representative demanding they oppose the Intelligence
Committee bill and end the warrantless surveillance program.

You might remember last December when Speaker Johnson had a
harebrained scheme to bring BOTH the liberty-destroying
Intelligence Committee bill AND the liberty-restoring Judiciary
Committee bill to the House floor.

The ensuing mayhem caused him to pull both bills and hide a
temporary extension of the warrantless surveillance program in
the National Defense Authorization Act.

Since then, he's been attempting to force the two committees to
"resolve their differences" over the two bills.

By entertaining the idea of a secret session, it seems pretty
clear which bill he is favoring!

Unless you and I act NOW, "resolving differences" will mean
allowing the Section 702 program to operate much as it always
has. . .

Our conversations, texts, browsing history, emails, and the like
will still be available to the FBI without a warrant and without
probable cause that a crime has been committed.

That's why it's so CRITICAL you call House Speaker Mike Johnson
at (202) 225-4000 and Majority Leader Steve Scalise at (202)
225-3015 and demand they abandon the "Secret Session" plan.
