Well John,
Despite a decisive mandate for abortion rights in August 2022, this week finds us defending the privacy of our personal information in abortion reporting and protecting child support law from abortion politics. All of that, AND politicians have proposed yet another abortion ban. Whether a ban, an attack on privacy, or an attempt to squirrel away abortion politics in unrelated policy, it’s all part of the same extreme, out-of-touch agenda.

Here’s what we’re watching:
- Senate Bill 425/House Bill 2653: Uses child support law to give fertilized eggs legal rights
- Hearings TODAY at 10:30am and THURSDAY at 9am in room 346-South or online at bit.ly/346south
- Email committee members to request they vote no using the contact information in the House and Senate
- House Bill 2749 (new): Strips the right to privacy using the most invasive abortion reporting requirements in the U.S.
- Hearing WEDNESDAY at 1:30pm in Room 112-North or online at bit.ly/112N
- Email committee members to request they vote no using the contact information here.
- House Bill 2737 (new): Bans all abortions by criminalizing them
- Senate Bill 299: Inserts abortion politics into the tax code
- House Bill 2492: An abortion ban that empowers vigilantes to enforce it
- House Bill 2515: Once again inserts politicians into the exam room
- Senate Bill 354: Tries to separate abortion from being a normal part of health care
Last, be sure you’re following our abortion provider partners at Trust Women and Planned Parenthood Great Plains Votes on social media so you never miss their action alerts.
Thank you for standing with us,
