TDI adopts new and amended rules for military licensees
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) adopts a new rule to be added in Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Chapter 1, Subchapter G [ [link removed] ]. The proposed rule would provide alternative procedures and requirements for licensing of military service members, military veterans, and military spouses. TDI also adopts amendments and repeals to existing licensing rules that conflict with or are made redundant by the new rule.
