We’ve all seen the headlines. A special counsel clears President Biden in his classified document case but questions his mental fitness to stand trial (and presumably hold office.) This predictively has created a title wave of accusations and recriminations from Democrats that the Department of Justice has been politicized.

Meanwhile, every time former President Trump gets indicted his poll numbers go up - because most Republicans believe that the DOJ and the justice system writ large has been politicized.
Who’s right and who’s wrong isn’t the question anymore when both sides are saying the same thing.
