We can do better!

We are depriving our students of their constitutional right to a sound, basic education:

• Just 35% of our 4th graders are reading on grade level.

• One out of four 8th graders in NC are proficient in math. 

• 26% of 8th graders are proficient in reading. 

   

What teachers do with classroom time matters.

Now teachers must teach CRT and social-emotional learning in every class, reducing time for scholastics. I will prioritize teaching core subjects, such as the three Rs, and help students develop essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication. My department will also provide adequate support for teachers to ensure their effectiveness in the classroom.

Michele's Plan:

• Stop cancel culture

• Promote patriotism, quality education, and real learning

We are SO close to defeating the Progressive education system in North Carolina! Michele has won straw polls in Mecklenburg, Union, and New Hanover. She just got a perfect "conservative" iVoter guide rating giving her an edge over her opponent.

We have volunteers on the ground all over the state waiting to make the case for Michele as they cast their votes starting next week.
