Dear John,

While women and girls represent half of the world’s population, they continue to be underrepresented in the workforce in all levels of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines.
Did you know that in cutting edge fields like artificial intelligence, only one in five professionals is a woman? Equal access to and participation in STEM for girls of all ages is critical to advance gender equality and the empowerment of women and young girls—and it starts with quality early learning experiences.

In honor of International Day of Women and Girls in Science, Start Early is celebrating by sharing our

STEM resources for toddlers and preschoolers .

Help grow your little one’s curiosity and problem-solving skills during toddlerhood and beyond with resources assembled by our early learning experts.

Don’t underestimate the incredible thinking skills that young children have. You can begin building STEM skills as soon as your child starts speaking!
