With my next televised Senate debate in just two days, the U.S. Senate primary less than one month away, and Californians voting now – the pressure is on.
At the last debate, Republican candidate Steve Garvey attacked me for investigating the connections between Trump’s presidential campaign and the Russian government, and leading to Trump’s impeachment over his attempted extortion of Ukrainian President Zelenskyy.

Garvey has done much more than attack me and call me a liar on the debate stage.
We can’t forget that he voted for Trump twice and referred to him as the best person for the job.
Look, California Republican voters are fired up to support Trump — and they’ll throw their support behind Garvey too.
As I prepare for the debate, I’ve focused on sharing my vision for California and making the case to undecided voters as to why I am the best candidate to move our state forward.
But my team and I just got out of a meeting — we’re falling a bit short on our voter outreach budget. To make up the gap, we need another 10,000 grassroots donations before I take the stage.
I’m focused on debate prep, but I’m also keeping a close eye on our ActBlue page to make sure we make up this fundraising gap.
