Whew, folks – it’s been a busy week here in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas started the week with one fierce competition – the GOP presidential primary/caucus fiasco – and we’ll end the week with another: Super Bowl LVII!
The Super Bowl and Nevada campaigns have a few things in common:
- It’ll cost tens of millions of dollars
- It’s ultra-competitive
- Emotions will run high on both sides
- There’ll be advertising everywhere!
- All the contenders are going to give 110%
The only differences between the Super Bowl and Election Day? The snacks on Election Day aren’t nearly as delicious, and the stakes of Election Day are a whole lot higher.
So, team, while you’re prepping your pigs-in-blankets or nachos for tomorrow, can I bet on you to chip in a bit of dough to this battleground campaign?
Wishing all my fellow football fans a very happy Super Bowl Sunday!
