Are you doing virtual services correctly? Learn what Hazelden Betty Ford did to launch Virtual services and extend the continuum of care.

Get insight into how Hazelden Betty Ford is expanding care by leveraging technology to treat more people and to improve treatment outcomes. Hazelden Betty Ford has been developing and providing telehealth and digital health solutions to our patients since 2006 and recently has added, updated and repackaged this services under a new product family named RecoveryGo. In conjunction with the launch of RecoveryGo, we also launched a new Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program which is an important enhancement to the continuum of care and an effective solution to support the social separation initiatives as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Bob Poznanovich
Vice President of Business Development

Poznanovich is responsible for managing relations with professional referents, managed care and insurance organizations, and other strategic national accounts. He spent over 20 years as a senior sales/business development executive in the technology industry. He is widely recognized as an expert on the cost of addiction in the workplace and has appeared in numerous media stories on a variety of addiction-related topics.

Scott Palmer
Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Process

Palmer helps the organization tackle complex strategic and operational challenges. Prior to joining Hazelden Betty Ford, he was chief project and development officer at a university, an executive director in a large acute care system and a solider in the U.S. Army. Scott holds an MBA and holds a number of professional certifications in project management, strategy and Lean/Six Sigma.
