Friends –
After suffering widespread defeat last fall, groups like the Minnesota Parents Alliance are back and trying to rebrand their efforts to erode public education, restrict the freedoms to read and learn, and create less welcoming schools across Minnesota and beyond.
We need your help to ensure that Minnesotans don't forget that groups like the Minnesota Parents Alliance and the candidates they support seek to sow division in our communities, impose their extreme views on our students, and parrot nationalized talking points.
They can try to rebrand and repackage in order to sell Minnesotans the same thing again, but we know what their true intentions are. The bad news is that sometimes it actually works, and if we aren't paying attention, we get stuck with extreme, anti-public education school board members – a disaster for students and their parents alike.
We're counting on you to make sure that the School Board Integrity Project has the support and the resources to train and support school board candidates across the state who will uphold the values the majority of Minnesotans have already told them they want to see on their school boards – starting with integrity and truth.
Thank you,
The School Board Integrity Project Team
