Dear MoveOn member,

A third party called No Labels—funded by millions in far-right dark
money—could be the biggest threat to voters choosing Joe Biden over Donald
Trump in November.

No Labels, which has received big money from GOP megadonor Harlan Crow, is
expected to pull votes away from Joe Biden, making it easier for Donald
Trump to take swing states like Wisconsin and Arizona, where just a few
thousand votes were the margin of victory for Biden in 2020.^1,2

No Labels' reckless campaign isn't fooling anyone.

No Labels has been sued by donors in New York claiming "bait and switch"
by advertising themselves as a nonpartisan group advancing centrist
policies, then shifting to function as a political party, nominating and
running candidates on the ballot. They've also had a complaint filed for
alleged misuse of their 501(c)(4) nonprofit status.^3,4 This is
unacceptable. No Labels needs to stand down and stop their efforts.

Even though they're facing legal challenges, No Labels is well funded and
will continue to push their agenda onto voters. A Super PAC recently
announced that they will support No Labels' efforts with up to $300
million.^5

MoveOn has been on the forefront of calling out No Labels as a gift to the
Trump campaign. No wonder No Labels is attempting to bully MoveOn into
silence by filing a complaint to the Department of Justice accusing MoveOn
and other allies of criminal harassment, extortion, and "unlawful
conspiracy" against their campaign.^6

But we won't back down. In fact, we're going to come together to get even
louder!

No Labels makes big claims regarding a "unity ticket," but reports reveal
the No Labels ticket might not even include a Democrat, and others insist
that it would need to include someone like a "Ron DeSantis or a [Vivek]
Ramaswamy."^7,8 It's clear that No Labels would further divide the country
and damage our democracy. With no chance of winning and no clear stances
on issues such as abortion and climate, No Labels must stand down.

No Labels' dark money is buying their way onto ballots across the nation
and would take away votes from President Biden and clear the path for
Trump's reelection. It's crucial that we come together to stop their
efforts and let voters know why No Labels is dangerous!
