This week, we're taking a quick break from fiction during our Saturday Shenanigans. (Don't worry: Grace will be back next weekend, and Jessica will return the week after that!) I've always loved puzzles, ever since I was a little kid and would get to the TV Guide crossword puzzle before my mom could. (Sorry, Mom! I can see now how annoying that must have been!) Anywhoooo... Since I'm laid up with my foot on a stack of pillows, resting my ankle, I have been doing some puzzles to pass the time. Imagine my
annoyance when I got one loaded with obnoxious topics like "Climate Change" and "Diversity" and such topics. It wasn't named anything that would have made me suspect this - just something like "50 Puzzles for 2024". That's when I got the idea to create puzzles for people like me who LOVE America, and The American Dreamer Book Company was born. I figured that there are plenty of us who love our country and have had our fill of woke garbage without it invading our free
time. Creating these puzzles gives me something positive to do while I'm laid up. (Another six months at least, according to the doctor.) And it also helps with the medical bills and things not covered by insurance. (I was shocked to learn that when it comes to mobility, the only thing insurance has to cover is your ability to get to the bathroom and back - leaving the house is considered "nonessential." So I'm on my own to buy a mobility device.) I've finished three books that delve into resilience, history, and patriotism and have one more in the works. You can download a printable version of one from each book absolutely free over on The OP. LINK: https://www.theorganicprepper.com/free-puzzles/
If these sound like your kind of puzzle books, you'll find the paperback copies here. I'm keeping the prices as reasonable as possible, but note that printing costs are out of my hands. I hope you love these books! Please share any ideas you have for more book topics in the comments! I look forward to hearing from my fellow word nerds and pedantic puzzle pals! Love, Daisy
