| A Republican governor has weakened proposed health, safety, and ethical protections for Ohioans who identify as transgender, increasing the speed at which the transgender industry can begin cross-sex hormones or surgeries. His administration said it watered down the requirements based on "assurances" from the transgender industry that it already self-polices its own actions in an ethical manner. Yet the state is still being sued by the ACLU for protecting those under the age of 18 from transgender procedures. |

| The Hoosier State's top lawyer is introducing a new method for parents to keep an eye on what their children are being taught in the classroom and hold schools and teachers accountable. Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita (R) recently launched an online portal called "Eyes on Education," which allows parents to check what their children are being taught in public schools and submit examples of material that is ideologically-charged or violates Indiana state law. |

| Evidence has been uncovered revealing that the Biden administration pressured retail giant Amazon to remove listings of books related to COVID vaccines during the pandemic. On Monday, the House Judiciary Committee and the Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released a series of emails sent between Amazon and senior White House officials, showing that the company eventually hid listings for books critical of vaccines from being viewed by the public at the administration's behest. |

| Mom Sues NY School District for Hiding Daughter's Gender Transition |

| Jennifer Vitsaxaki found out that her 12-year-old daughter's school, according to the district policy, was purposefully hiding the fact that her daughter was being treated as a boy by her teachers and classmates. | Biden State Department Funds Training of 2,500 LGBT 'Allies' |

| The Biden administration is using the State Department to fund LGBT activism abroad - again. According to federal spending database USASpending.gov, the U.S. State Department awarded a $15,000 grant to Washington State University (WSU) for a "public diplomacy program." The government website explains that the program is designed to train 30 "master trainers" to become "LGBTQI+ allies, followed by these master trainers training another 2500 individuals on this theme." WSU hosted its three-day "train-the-trainer workshop" in India at the end of September. |
