Hello, Friends —
On Tuesday, I led 68 House Republicans in introducing a sense of Congress that authoritatively states that President Trump “did not engage in insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or give aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.” In announcing the legislation, I was joined by 25 of my colleagues to drive home the point that it is clear President Trump did not commit an insurrection. Congress has a unique role in making this declaration, and I was pleased to see Senator JD Vance introduce a companion resolution in the Senate.
I firmly believe that it's not the job of states—and especially not the job of some bureaucrats in Colorado—to make an extraconstitutional decision to disqualify President Trump from the ballot and interfere with the rights of voters to cast their vote for the candidate of their choice. The very experts who often get on television and talk about securing democracy seem to be the first to want to remove a candidate from the ballot because they are afraid he is too popular. It is now time for members of the House and Senate to show where they stand on this question. I, along with the 68 cosponsors resolution, and the former president welcome and expect many more to join us in the coming days and look forward to a floor vote.

AMERICANS WHO BELIEVE IN THE BIBLE AND THE CONSTITUTION ARE BEING TARGETED!

On Tuesday, I spoke during a Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government hearing about the threat posed by government-funded research and artificial intelligence being used against Americans who express their values and beliefs online.
If Americans indicated online that the Bible and the Constitution are sacred to them, the National Science Foundation would deem them uniquely susceptible to “misinformation.” The government is funding predictive analytics to go after Americans who don’t think like the so-called expert class.

On Tuesday, I joined “Eric Bolling The Balance” on Newsmax to react to the House voting down a resolution to impeach Secretary Mayorkas. The failed vote is a middle finger to the American people dealing with the surge of illegal aliens in their communities.
I’m doing what I can with the people I have here in Washington right now. The errant expulsion of George Santos and the abject selfishness of Kevin McCarthy contributed to this result as much as the three Republicans who voted “no.”

My office's Legislative Counsel, John Wilson, also joined the show to talk about the troubling developments in South Africa.
