The second is none other than Sleepy Joe Biden, who stumbled through a speech and answering questions last night, trying to convince Americans that he is of sound mind. He’s not convincing, he’s concerning. We know the reality – Joe Biden is an unalert, unintelligent, unfit failure of a President. He can’t even make it through a single speech without becoming the laughing stock of the nation he is supposed to be leading.
