Friends,

We are just TWO WEEKS AWAY from our Congress of
Counties event on February 23rd and 24th. We invite you all to join us
in this opportunity to network with other Republicans and learn valuable
information on party building and winning elections. 2024 is already
flying by and time is running out to RSVP. The deadline to
[link removed] register is February 19th by
5:00 pm, which is only 10 days away! Spread the word to anyone that
wants to get involved, so they can join in the fun before time runs out.
We would also like to take a second to say THANK YOU!! To all who
signed up to run for Precinct Committeemen and State Delegate, we
greatly appreciate it and don’t take for granted your commitment and
dedication. We understand that for our party to continue to grow and
win, we need our grassroots to be stronger than ever. It is going to
take all of us to work together to continue to take Indiana to the next
level.

Thank you for all that you do.

Governor Eric Holcomb's Week in ReviewGov. Holcomb Joins Other GOP
Governors at Southern Border and Sends IN National Guard
[link removed] Governor Eric
Holcomb [link removed] joined
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and 13 other GOP governors at the Southern border
to express their concerns with the Federal Government's handling of the
border situation. Today, Gov. Holcomb announced that he is directing the
Indiana National Guard to send 50 Hoosier Guardsmen to support the Texas
border security mission.

What he’s saying: “I’m proud to join so many
fellow governors in support Governor Abbott and appreciate receiving an
up to date, real time, on the ground detailed briefing from those on the
front lines who see this humanitarian crisis up close and person
stationed along the border",
Gov. Holcomb said in a

e+of+Indiana press release.

Additionally, Gov. Holcomb said: “Federal
negligence enforcing immigration law and the failure to secure our
country’s border jeopardizes national and economic security, affecting
every state, including Indiana...We’ve worked too hard in Indiana
attacking the drug epidemic for more Hoosier lives to be put at risk by
a constant supply of killer drugs spilled over an open U.S. border. The
only way to resolve this is to stop the historically high flow of
illegal immigrants crossing the border”, in a

 The Biden Border Crisis
The current Biden border crisis does not stop at the border.
Republicans know that the border crisis is a national issue for all 50
states. The surge in illegal border crossings intensifies the flow of
illicit drugs, particularly deadly substances like fentanyl, into our
state.

How did we get here?
In Biden's first 100 days, he took over
94 executive actions on immigration, including stopping border wall
construction and ending the "Remain in Mexico" policy.Over 8.7 million
illegal immigrants have crossed the border during Biden's
presidency—more than Indiana's entire population! Current situation at
the southern border:
Only 5-10% of illicit drugs get intercepted at
the border.Seized fentanyl in December alone = 260M lethal doses.34
consecutive months of rising monthly encounters.
December saw 302,034
illegal immigration attempts, a record high.169 terror watchlist
encounters in FY 2023, also a record.Fentanyl is now the leading cause
of death for Americans ages 18-45, with a 94% increase in number of
deaths by Fentanyl!

71% of all Indiana overdose deaths from
2021-2022 were from synthetic opioids, like fentanyl, which are mainly
manufactured outside of the U.S.

Hoosier Republicans are doing
everything in their power to fix this issue brought on by Biden and the
Democrats in Washington. Biden refuses to enforce our nation's laws at
the border, so Hoosier Republicans are taking on the responsibility.
Governor Holcomb is sending in the Indiana National Guard, and multiple
Republican members of Congress from Indiana have gone to the Southern
Border and heard from the border agents, face to face.

Democrats
aren't going to help Indiana. We have a huge fentanyl problem, and only
Republicans are working to stop it. We need to elect Republicans up and
down the ballot to protect our interests at home.
