Last night, Donald Trump won the Nevada Republican Caucus, but on Tuesday, no candidate won the Nevada Republican Primary. Why was there both a primary and a caucus? Because Trump's allies wanted to ensure he won each and every Nevada delegate — the candidate with the most delegates wins the Republican Presidential nomination — so they banned any Republican who was on the primary ballot from participating in the caucus and only awarded delegates to the winner of the caucus.

So, instead of a free and fair democratic primary, the Nevada Republicans opted for an unfair and restricted caucus. Subverting the voice of voters to make sure Trump won the state.
