I’ve known Henry for over a decade.

Throughout his time as my friend, Chief of Staff, and partner in advocating for our Community, he’s proven himself time and again to be the kind of leader the people of District Four need and deserve.

From helping implement Measure B, to establishing the San Diego Black Arts and Culture District, to securing hundreds of millions of dollars in funding for our Community, Henry is the only candidate that can protect the progress we’ve made and keep moving District Four forward.
