SCOTUS appeared skeptical of the arguments to make Trump ineligible to appear on the ballot.

The court's ruling will likely determine Trump's eligibility to appear on the Colorado primary ballot, run in the general election, and hold office altogether. 

The justices are expected to deliver a prompt ruling. Many urge the court to release its decision before Mar. 5, when Colorado and 14 other states hold their presidential primaries.

Special Counsel to not seek charges in Biden classified files case

Special Counsel Robert Hur issued a report into Biden's handling of classified documents after serving as Vice President under the Obama administration, finding that Biden "wilfully retained and disclosed classified materials." The special counsel decided "no criminal charges are warranted."
