[link removed] [[link removed]] John,

I wanted to take a moment to reach out and say thank you. Our entire team at CREW appreciates your continued support through one of the toughest fights we’ve ever taken on.

Yesterday, the six Republican and unaffiliated Colorado voters CREW is representing went to the U.S. Supreme Court to defend our win that barred Trump from the ballot.

The facts and the law are clear: Donald Trump disqualified himself under the Constitution by inciting the January 6th insurrection.

After arguments were over yesterday, Trump held a press conference in which he admitted [[link removed]] that January 6th was an insurrection—but he blamed it on Nancy Pelosi. This is not the response of a person who takes our democracy and our Constitution seriously.

Trump’s comments yesterday only underscore the urgency of our fight to hold him accountable and to protect our democracy against insurrectionists who could end it.

That’s what we did at the Supreme Court yesterday. And that’s what we’ll continue to do no matter what happens next.

[link removed] [[link removed]]To review the argument and what’s next in the case, I’d like to invite you to a briefing, co-hosted by Common Cause, on Tuesday 2/13 at 8pm ET. Click here to RSVP [[link removed]] .

John, few people thought we would get this far with this fight. Many people said it could not be done, and we’ve managed to prove them wrong time and time again.

Here at CREW, we will always hold our elected leaders accountable. No matter the challenge and no matter the threats we may face.

But we could never continue our work without supporters like you. Your ongoing support is absolutely crucial to our ability to keep up our work exposing corruption, fighting for reform and taking legal actions to get accountability for January 6th.

Whether you donated, shared CREW’s work with friends, or sent words of support — thank you. We couldn’t do this work without you,

Noah Bookbinder
President
CREW
