Our current crisis reminds us of the importance of everyone having healthcare, and that's why we need to elect proven advocates for healthcare like Dana.

Friend, this week marks ten years since the passage of the Affordable Care Act. And Donald Trump -- who our opponent John Katko has endorsed -- just reaffirmed his commitment to rolling back the law.

While our current crisis reminds us of the importance of everyone having healthcare, Trump and the GOP are in court challenging the ACA's constitutionality. This court challenge was made possible by the GOP tax scam bill that weakened the ACA -- a bill John Katko voted for.

If the challenge succeeds, 20 million Americans would lose their health insurance, and 135 million Americans with pre-existing conditions would find themselves vulnerable at the worst possible time.

We must protect the ACA, and build on the progress we’ve made until everyone has the quality, affordable coverage and care they need. But that can't happen with Trump-supporters like Rep. John Katko in office.

So will you donate $24 (or whatever you can) to elect Dana? Our FEC deadline is just one week away, and to remain on pace for a strong finish, we need to bring in at least $3,108 more tonight.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Thank you,

Team Balter
