In case you missed it, the Supreme Court seems to be on the brink of overturning “the Chevron doctrine.”
This would be a HUGE win for conservatives, getting rid of bureaucrats’ power to make laws that kill jobs and impose radical environmental regulations.

Rooted in a Supreme Court ruling from 1984, the Chevron doctrine forces courts to defer to a federal agency’s interpretation of unclear statutes.
This undermines the separation of powers outlined in the Constitution because it grants agencies discretion without clear guidance from Congress.
The result is that any time a new president enters the White House, we also get a massive overhaul of laws affecting every aspect of our economy. And particularly when we get a new Democrat president, we get a severe increase in punishing laws imposed by unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats.
As Justice Kavanaugh noted during oral arguments, there are “shocks to the system every four or eight years when a new administration comes in, whether it’s communications law or securities law or competition law or environmental law.”
Hopefully, the Court follows through and removes this Big Government albatross from the backs of American farms and small businesses.
But no matter what, we must remain vigilant in the fight against overbearing federal policies, which is why I am so grateful for your support.
