In just two weeks, we’ll kick off the God Loves You Frontera Tour along our country’s southern border. I can’t think of another region of the nation that needs hope more than this one. Residents, law enforcement, and leadership in these communities are troubled and deeply discouraged. But the biggest need is spiritual—and only God can fix the heart of the problem.
As we prepare to proclaim the Gospel from Texas to California, will you join me in prayer for God to work mightily to transform lives and hearts for eternity?
Crisis has been brewing in the region for years, and it has reached a boiling point. Recently in Eagle Pass, Texas—the fourth stop on the Frontera Tour—tensions and fear escalated during the standoff between the Texas National Guard and federal Border Patrol. It’s heartbreaking to see so much pain and strife in the lives of people on both sides of the border.
