New Mexico HB129 would have added a 7-day waiting period to suppressor purchases...

On February 7th, the New Mexico State Senate Judiciary Committee voted to pass House Bill 129 ([link removed]) with amendments. The bill seeks to impose a 7-day waiting period on all firearms sales, unconstitutionally delaying law-abiding New Mexicans right to Keep and Bear Arms. Thanks to our friends at NRA-ILA, suppressors, which are already subject to extensive delays through the NFA process, have been removed from the purview of the legislation. Despite the amendments, NRA-ILA is actively working to defeat the bill, but they need your help!
