BRI's Kirk ([link removed]) and Rachel ([link removed]) will reflect on this challenging time by examining past crises in American history and evaluating what we can learn from them. They’ll be touching on a range of social and governmental responses to critical events and incorporating relevant primary sources, including FDR’s Fireside Chats, Lincoln's Second Inaugural Address, and various contemporary media responses to the 1918 influenza pandemic.
