Today, the Supreme Court of the United States heard oral arguments for a case on whether Trump is eligible to appear on the Colorado ballot after attempting to overturn the 2020 election.

This case could very well shift the course of the 2024 election. But who is listening to this case?

Clarence Thomas.

Yep. The same Supreme Court Justice whose wife was directly involved in the plot to overturn the 2020 election has refused to recuse himself from this case. And he will be one of the Justices who determine whether Trump’s insurrection — that his own wife Ginny Thomas supported and participated in — will bar him from being on the ballot.

But that's not all, Clarence Thomas has taken money from billionaires — the same billionaires who have supported Trump.

His wife’s consulting firm also stands to gain if Trump is re-elected.

This is a clear ethics violation and a disgrace to the legitimacy of the highest court of law in the country. Clarence Thomas should not be able to participate in this case due to multiple conflicts of interest.
