The Supreme Court heard a case today to decide whether the 14th Amendment's insurrection disqualification provision should keep Trump off the ballot.

The facts and the timeline of Donald Trump’s traitorous crimes are clear for all to see because they happened in the public domain. The violence came directly into the physical functioning of government and law enforcement officers tragically lost their lives because of it.

It’s simple: Donald Trump led a violent insurrection on Jan. 6th 2021 and he should not be allowed on the ballot.
