We don’t have to look far back to see major achievements, like the transformational new benefit of paid parental leave, won because all of us – no matter our agency, no matter our political affiliation – stood together and pulled in the same direction to get something accomplished for federal employees.
When we stand together, when we speak with a single voice, we have real power to get things done. When we truly believe and act on the principle of solidarity – that an injury to even a single federal employee is an injury to each and every one of us – we have the power to overcome anything—even the major issues facing our members on the frontlines of the fight against coronavirus.
