With the archaic Undetectable Firearms Act of 1988 (UFA) about to expire, the
gun control lobby is running a massive fear-mongering propaganda campaign to
push for its reauthorization.


Chuck Schumer has now enlisted sports leagues, including the NFL and NASCAR –
which in NO WAY should be pushing gun control – to lobby for the UFA’s
reauthorization.


Either the NFL and NASCAR don’t realize who their audience is – or, they
simply do not care and are willing to sell out their Second
Amendment-supporting fanbase for the sake of cozying up to politicians in the
Swamp.


That’s why Gun Owners of America needs YOUR help making the NFL and NASCAR
REGRET their decision to attack the Second Amendment.


We’re calling on gun owners like YOU to help us flood the inboxes of league
officials who are trampling on our God-given rights…and with Super Bowl Sunday
just days away, there’s never been a better time to let them hear our anger
than right now.

The NFL, NASCAR, NBA, NHL, MLS, NHL, and NCAA (as well as Chuck Schumer) have
been spewing dangerous lies about the Undetectable Firearms Act.


They’re trying to SCARE the public into falsely believing that stadiums will
suddenly become arenas of violence if the UFA expires without reauthorization.


But, as is always the case, the cold hard facts obliterate the gun control
lobby’s hysteria.


After having searched through EVERY criminal indictment, prosecution, and
conviction since the 1990s, we found that NO ONE has ever been charged – let
alone convicted – of violating the UFA.


But there’s even more reason to be deeply concerned by a potential
reauthorization of the UFA…


We all know that anti-gunners never limit themselves to the text of a
particular gun law.


And in this case, the vehemently anti-gun Biden Administration has already
shown a willingness to weaponize the Undetectable Firearms Act in order to
enact a widespread BAN on firearms that contain plastic parts.


Finally, I cannot end this letter to you without hitting the most fundamental
point…


…When the Founding Fathers wrote the text of the Second Amendment, they didn’t
carve out exceptions for the material of your firearm, who manufactured it, or
where it was manufactured.


The ONLY thing they wrote is that your right to “keep and bear arms SHALL NOT
BE INFRINGED.” Period.


All of these endless gun control items are nothing but an attempt to take our
nation down the road of ultimatelyENDING your right to own a firearm.


That’s why GOA will always take a principled stand of NEVER COMPROMISING on
our God-given rights.


Now, we need 2A patriots like YOU to join us in bombarding the inboxes of
these league officials who are trying to trample upon the constitutional rights
of their key fanbase.
