About the job
As a Management Analyst (MA4) within our Enterprise Technology Solutions division, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert-level analysis and strategic consultation to both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and ETS managers in process improvements, coordinating complex analytical projects, and serving as the primary point of contact for various agreements and contracts. You will also be involved with the ETS programs budget development and tracking ongoing spend. Additionally, you will assist in team logistics, provide support for legislative analysis, and manage confidential matters for the division. Your contributions will ensure the delivery of exceptional services to our DES business programs and external customers while upholding the agency's strategic goals and financial stability.
