Tiahna is the embodiment of the transformational, service-oriented leaders we’re working to support and elect at every level of public office here at New Politics. She’s not only an Army vet and clinical social worker, she’s also the founder of VETSxHBCU, an organization that supports veterans at more than 100 historically Black colleges and universities. The daughter of immigrants, she enlisted in the Army after graduating high school.
