The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Trump v. Anderson. A few weeks ago, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump was ineligible to be president. This case will decide whether he can remain in the race.

Facts are facts: The Constitution protects the right to vote and bars candidates who abuse the process or engage in insurrection. Donald Trump has done both.

But with three Trump-appointed judges on the Supreme Court, there’s no telling what could happen.
