It’s DJ D-Nice here -- an entertainer, entrepreneur, DJ, activist and the founder of the viral Homeschool at Club Quarantine dance parties on Instagram Live. 

Like many of you, I’m staying safe at home. Aside from missing my friends and family, I missed bringing joy to people’s lives through music. So I decided to throw a virtual party. What started out as something small and a stress reliever for me and my friends during this difficult time, turned into a global dance party. Just last Sunday, more than 200,000 people joined. 

Tomorrow starting at 6pm ET, I’ll be joining When We All Vote’s Voter Registration #CouchParty. Then while people from across the country come together to text 50,000 voters, I’ll be spinning hits at 6:30pm ET on Instagram Live @Dnice to keep you going. Will you be there, John?

These past few days, I’ve realized even while we practice social distancing to keep ourselves, neighbors, and communities safe, we can still use this opportunity to connect and for good. 

I hope playing music for you all helps lift your spirits and makes you feel connected to others. I can’t wait for you to hear the special set I got planned for all the When We All Vote volunteers.
