100 years ago, women changed history by fighting for the right to vote.

This month’s theme celebrates the “Valiant Women of the Vote”—the women who fought relentlessly and struggled so that women right here in Minnesota can cast our vote and make our own seat at the table. But 100 years later, our fight continues: we’re still pushing for equal pay for equal work, and still fighting for paid family leave and affordable childcare to ease the equal burden of the second shift. And we’re still fighting to protect people, especially women, from our nation’s pervasive culture of sexual assault.

But if we’re going to make a change, we need to elect leaders with unique perspectives—and that’s what we’re going to do right here in our state.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’re so proud to be working on Quinn’s team. She’s always knocked down barriers; when she wins this race and becomes the first woman to represent this district in Congress, it’ll be a surprise to no one.
