No doubt about it: we will win. We will win this battle, despite the effect of the coronavirus on the health of many people (especially our elderly) and the devastating impact of our Government’s measures to try to stop the virus on the economy. And we will win because there's something that not the coronavirus nor anyone else can take from us, ever, to those of us who share CitizenGO's values: courage, hope, and faith in victory. Over 12.5 CitizenGO members, all over the world are worried today... worried, but also ready not to become prey of panic... and ready to stand firm in the defense of the values that bring us together.

Many around the world are worried about how the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the extraordinary actions taken by governments will affect their lives. At the moment, many cities and towns that used to vibrate with activity are paralyzed, the churches, schools and shops closed, also the restaurants and the leisure centers… The blow to the economy of millions of families is going to be devastating. This hits close to home for CitizenGO too. We have teams assembled all over the world ready to fight for our values, the right to life of pre-born babies, the natural family, and religious freedom. From the UK to Spain to Poland to the United States, South America and Africa, each member of our team is experiencing a different reality. And, most importantly, there is you! You are among the more than 12.5 million CitizenGOers worldwide. That’s 12.5 million people like you who sign and share our petitions. 12.5 million people spread out among dozens and dozens of countries. The reality in each country is different, but the responsibility is the same. And as disgusting as it sounds (though not surprising), the Left is using the crisis to push abortion funding, LGBT totalitarian agenda and imposition of gender ideology.
That's why I hope you will join me in signing a special CitizenGOer's Pledge for this extraordinary time.
This Pledge consists of a few simple promises. To each do our part, we pledge to:
- Pray for the well-being of the sick, the protection for the not sick (especially healthcare providers) and for wisdom and bravery to carry on.
- Take special care for elderly family members and friends. Around the world, the worst effects of the virus are reserved for the very old and the already infirm. Call regularly to the elderly and the most vulnerable and offer assistance when needed.
- Say a special "hello" to any healthcare worker, first responder, or essential safety personnel you meet. They are on the frontline of care, and the frontline of contracting the illness. It is good to remember the bravery they show.
- Stand firm with CitizenGO. With governments passing huge spending and action bills with little debate, the Left is looking to push bad law and new funding. The CitizenGO team is watching closely, but we need YOU to be ready to stand with us!

In the United States, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Democrats in the House of Representatives tried to misuse a bill that was meant to support the federal government’s fight of the Coronavirus to include provisions for government-funded abortions. In New Zealand, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern supported Infanticide, consultations for abortions via Facebook, and much more as the New Zealand Parliament passed one of the most extreme anti-life laws that I’ve ever seen to support abortion! And, in the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson’s conservative government is attempting to impose similar extreme abortion legislation on the people of Northern Ireland. In many countries, the laws and decrees that governments are passing are informed by gender ideology, such as for example, proposed new legislation banning conversion therapy in Germany, and radical amendments to the Gender Recognition Act in Scotland.
