Respond to the public consultation on FREE SPEECH

There are only 26 days left to RESPOND to the Public Consultation ([link removed]) on Belfast City Council's byelaws that seek to ban us from the public streets. The deadline is 5.00pm on Monday 4th March. If you haven’t responded yet, please refer to our online guidance ([link removed]) for helpful tips on how to respond. Let's send out a clear message to Belfast City Council that religious liberties, and the fundamental human rights of freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and freedom of expression - must be upheld and protected.

Please also share the link ([link removed]) with your family and friends - even if they live in other countries. The Consultation is open to visitors to Belfast. So if you have family or friends who have ever visited or may potentially plan to visit Belfast, please encourage them to respond.

Precious Life is the only pro-life group in Northern Ireland that sets up a weekly Information Stall in Belfast City Centre. Our STREET OUTREACH is one of the most effective ways of changing hearts and minds on the abortion issue - taking the pro-life message directly to the people by speaking to them one-to-one on the streets, and distributing our pro-life information leaflets and collecting signatures for our numerous pro-life petitions.

The oppressive bye-law proposals are supported by anti-Christian and pro-abortion parties in the Council - the Alliance Party, Green Party, People Before Profit, SDLP, and Sinn Féin. These pro-abortionists know how effective our Street Outreach is - that's why they're trying to ban our very presence on the streets.

But with our Street Outreach now in its 27th year, we will not let that happen. Free Speech must be protected so that we can continue to PROTECT THE BABIES !
