Climate change is the challenge of our lifetime. The news is frightening, and it is easy to slip into despair. But the best cure for hopelessness is to take action. And one critical action we can take is to halt the funding of fossil fuel companies by big banks, which have poured $5.5 trillion into the fossil fuel industry in the past seven years alone.

Rainforest Action Network is working to turn off that funding tap. It’s targeting big banks and pushing them to put our planet before profit and end their investment in climate chaos.

But RAN can’t do this alone. If it’s to succeed, people who care about our future must stand with RAN.
