The Left is now pulling out all the stops across the country to
overturn election safeguards, and make it easier for non-citizens and
other ineligible people to vote.
[Judicial Watch]
Dear Judicial Watch Member,
THE LEFT IS NOW PULLING OUT ALL THE STOPS ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO
OVERTURN ELECTION SAFEGUARDS, AND MAKE IT EASIER FOR NON-CITIZENS AND
OTHER INELIGIBLE PEOPLE TO VOTE.
And I have a critical question for you:
_DO YOU BELIEVE THAT JUDICIAL WATCH’S FULL RANGE OF ELECTION
INTEGRITY WORK…LAWSUITS, RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATIONS…SHOULD BE OUR
TOP PRIORITY FOR 2024?_
I need to know your opinion!
If you think our election integrity work should be our top priority, I
urge you to let me know and make a contribution today

Since 2012, we’ve fought successfully to protect honest election
safeguards…like going to bat for states defending their voter ID
laws; and forcing states to make reasonable efforts to keep their
voter rolls accurate…work the Justice Department should actually be
doing...butisn’t.
Our lawsuits and settlements have resulted in the removal of more than
4 MILLION deceased, non-citizen, moved or otherwise ineligible voters
from voter lists in more than a dozen red states and blue states
across the country.
That’s not all…
* We’ve provided expert testimony on a number of occasions before
CONGRESS in opposition to leftist power grabs (led by Biden
administration officials and a network of Soros groups) to
“federalize” our elections and put the corrupt Justice Department
in control of administering elections.
* We successfully sued MARYLAND and overturned the Democratic
legislature’s hyper-partisan, election-rigging “gerrymander”
scheme.
* We’re in ILLINOIS fighting in federal court to block the
state’s efforts to open the floodgates to voter fraud by allowing
mail-in ballots to arrive and be counted up to 14 days after Election
Day!
* And we recently filed, with the Allied Educational Foundation, a
“friend of the court” brief in the U.S. SUPREME COURT in support
of former President Trump’s challenge to the Colorado Supreme
Court’s unprecedented decision to remove him from the 2024
presidential primary ballot.
We find that the American legal system, though slow at times, works
best in helping protect fair and honest elections from the Left’s
attempts to corrupt them.
That’s why I want to know

The question is particularly timely today because we are reviewing
more data to determine if additional “clean voter registration
rolls” lawsuits are needed to protect safeguards against votes being
cast by non-citizens and other ineligible individuals.
Personally, I believe that Judicial Watch should continue to take up
every challenge related to keeping our elections honest…because if
we don’t, who will?
WHAT DO YOU THINK?

TO BE SURE WE HAVE THE RESOURCES TO ADD MORE INVESTIGATIONS AND
LAWSUITS WITH JEOPARDIZING ANY CURRENT LITIGATION.
Thanks to your unfailing commitment, your Judicial Watch is the
largest and most effective government watchdog group in the nation.
We’re always fighting...and often winning...
We work hard every day. We dig in for the long haul. And we often win
key battles in the election integrity war, and also come away with key
information about what our government is up to!
Thank you for helping us perform this essential work.
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton
